    针对渤海南部中轻质油藏多层合采层间干扰规律研究的问题,建立了多层合采的填砂管物理模型,模拟了不同渗透率级差和不同原油黏度的多层合采过程,基于物理模拟实验结果提出了产液量级差和层间干扰系数的概念,确定了分采界限和分采时机,指导了油田实际开发。结果表明:中轻质油藏分采界限的渗透率级差为4,分采的时机为含水80%左右,随着地层原油黏度的增加,提液时机应适当提前。渤海A油田的实际应用表明,预测结果与实际测试结果接近,平均误差为8.75%,现场应用效果明显,对后续油田的矿场实践具有一定的指导意义。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the research of interlayer interference law in multi-layer commingled production of medium and light oil reservoirs in the south of BohaiSea, a physical model of sand filling pipe for multi-layer commingled production is established to simulate the process of multi-layer commingled production with different permeability grades and different crude oil viscosity. Based on the results of physical simulation experiment, the concepts of liquid production grade difference and interlayer interference coefficient are proposed, and the limits and timing of separate production are determined, which can guide the actual production of oil fields International development. The results show that the permeability grade difference of separate production limit of medium light oil reservoir is 4, and the time of separate production is about 80% water cut. With the increase of formation crude oil viscosity, the time of liquid extraction should be appropriately advanced. The practical application in Bohaia oilfield shows that the prediction result is close to the actual test result, and the average error is 8.75%. The field application effect is obvious, which has certain guiding significance for the follow-up oilfield field practice.
