    摘要:

    为弥补典型相变材料中导热性能、相变温度等部分缺点,本文以一种新型复合无机水合盐中温相变材料(NKAP-01C型)作为蓄热材料搭配新型导热油中温太阳能集热器为研究对象,通过设计并搭建相变材料的蓄、放热性能研究测试平台,对相变储热材料的蓄、放热性能进行了测试分析,并对相变蓄热搭配新型导热油中温太阳能供能这一系统进行了分析与研究,最终与部分典型的相变材料进行了对比分析。研究结果表明:所研究的新型复合无机水合盐其相变温度为95 ℃,在搭配中温太阳能供能系统中有着优良的蓄、放热性能,为太阳能搭配相变蓄热供能技术研发和工程应用提供参考价值。

    Abstract:

    In order to make up for some shortcomings in typical phase change materials such as thermal conductivity and phase change temperature, this paper takes a new composite inorganic hydrated salt medium temperature phase change material (NKAP-01C type) as the heat storage material with new thermal oil medium temperature solar collector as the research object, by designing and building a research and test platform for the heat storage and discharge performance of phase change materials, the heat storage and discharge performance of phase change heat storage material is tested and analyzed. And the system of phase change heat storage with new thermal oil medium temperature solar energy supply was analyzed and studied, and finally compared and analyzed with some typical phase change materials. The results show that the new composite inorganic hydrate salt with a phase change temperature of 95 ℃ has excellent heat storage and dissipation performance in the medium temperature solar energy supply system, providing a reference value for the development and engineering application of solar energy with phase change thermal energy storage technology.
