Abstract:With the vigorous development of mountain tourism, the types and quantities of geological hazards in tourist areas are also increasing, it has caused great harm to the landscape resources, infrastructure and personnel safety in mountain scenic spots. In order to reduce the public safety risk caused by geological hazards in mountain scenic spots, we used a combination of data collection, practical investigation and theoretical analysis to constructs the risk management framework and disaster prevention and mitigation system. The results show that the main types of geological hazards in Leshan Mountain Tourism Area of Sichuan Province are rockfall, landslide, debris flow and flash flood, and the damage methods are in the form of disaster chain. The whole process of disaster risk management is expounded, including risk identification, analysis, evaluation, and control, and finally the risk management framework of geological hazards adapted to mountain tourist areas is established. The disaster prevention and mitigation system were constructed from ground investigation, monitoring and early warning, engineering management and emergency rescue. The achievement can provide an important basis for constructing the risk management framework of mountain tourist areas, improving disaster prevention and mitigation capacity and achieving sustainable development of tourism.
