Abstract:Based on the analysis of the geological environment conditions in the typical karst area of Huaxi University City in Gui'an New Area, a geological model of underground space utilization was proposed, suitability evaluation system and method of underground space utilization were established, the weights of the factors influencing underground space utilization were determined by the expert-hierarchical analysis method, and the suitability evaluation of underground space utilization in the study area was realized by using ArcGIS platform. The evaluation results show that: (1) The expert-hierarchical analysis method and the multi-objective linear weighting function method were used to determine the evaluation factor weights, and the ArcGIS platform was used to evaluate the suitability of underground space utilization in the study area. Evaluation methods and evaluation results are reasonable and reliable, with strong applicability and promotability. (2) The proportion of suitable underground space utilization area in the study area is semi-subterranean 75.51%, shallow 67.02%, and sub-subterranean53.78%. Underground space development and utilization are mainly controlled by fracture structure, rock fragmentation, karst development, groundwater burial conditions, and the study area, the difficulty of development and utilization from top to bottom gradually increases. (3) The evaluation results provide a scientific basis for the planning of underground space utilization in the typical karst area of Huaxi University City, engineering disposal of geological environmental problems, reasonable and effective utilization of underground space resources, and protection of ecological environment.
