活鸡兔煤矿顶板稳定性分析与支护方案

    为精细化研究活鸡兔煤矿2-2煤层顶板岩层稳定性并提出针对性的支护方案,采用理论分析、现场探测、数值模拟等方法对活鸡兔2-2煤层范围内岩层顶板稳定性进行了分析与计算。结果表明:活鸡兔2-2煤层巷道以Ⅰ类顶板为主,局部区域出现Ⅱ类和Ⅲ类顶板;巷道顶板整体完整性好,局部小裂隙发育;工作面回采扰动对Ⅰ类顶板巷道稳定性影响较小,对Ⅲ类顶板巷道存在有限影响。据此提出了活鸡兔2-2煤层Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类和Ⅲ类顶板条件下巷道支护方案并进行了现场试验,结果表明所提出方案能有效地维护巷道顶板稳定。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the roof stability of Huojitu 2-2 coal seam in detail and put forward the targeted support scheme, the roof stability of Huojitu 2-2 coal seam was analyzed and calculated by using the methods of theoretical analysis, field detection and numerical simulation. The results show that the roadway roof of Huojitu 2-2 coal seam is mainly class I, class II and class III; The roadway roof is relatively complete with few cracks; The mining disturbance of working face has little influence on the stability of class I roadway, and has limited influence on class III roadway. Accordingly, the roadway support scheme under the conditions of class I, class II and class III roadway of Huojitu 2-2 coal seam is proposed, and the field test is carried out. The results show that the proposed scheme can effectively maintain the stability of roadway roof.
