    摘要:

    为了减少永磁球形电机运行过程中驱动电流组合的频繁变化给驱动电路带来的压力,并且能够对永磁球形电机运动过程中角速度与角加速度进行约束,提出了一种基于轨迹分析的永磁球形电机通电策略。基于遗传算法建立了永磁球形电机的转矩-电流求解模型,以此来求得电机特定姿态下所需转矩的驱动电流。通过建立电机的轨迹信息运算模型对求得的多组驱动电流组合进行轨迹信息运算,为每一运行阶段各选择一组满足角速度约束、运行角位移最大的通电组合,得到球形电机整个运动过程的驱动电流时间序列,达到减少通电控制压力的目的。

    Abstract:

    In order to reduce the pressure brought by the frequent changes of the driving current combination during the operation of the permanent magnet spherical motor, and to constrain the angular velocity and angular acceleration of the permanent magnet spherical motor, a power on strategy of the permanent magnet spherical motor based on trajectory analysis was proposed. Based on genetic algorithm, the torque-current model of permanent magnet spherical motor is established to obtain the driving current of the required torque under the specific attitude. Through the establishment of operational model of the trajectory information operational model of the motor, the trajectory information of the obtained multiple groups of driving current combinations is calculated, and a group of energizing combination satisfying the angular velocity constraint and the maximum angular displacement is selected for each operation stage, so as to obtain the driving current time series of the whole movement process of the spherical motor, so as to reduce the energizing control pressure.
