Abstract:In order to reduce the pressure brought by the frequent changes of the driving current combination during the operation of the permanent magnet spherical motor, and to constrain the angular velocity and angular acceleration of the permanent magnet spherical motor, a power on strategy of the permanent magnet spherical motor based on trajectory analysis was proposed. Based on genetic algorithm, the torque-current model of permanent magnet spherical motor is established to obtain the driving current of the required torque under the specific attitude. Through the establishment of operational model of the trajectory information operational model of the motor, the trajectory information of the obtained multiple groups of driving current combinations is calculated, and a group of energizing combination satisfying the angular velocity constraint and the maximum angular displacement is selected for each operation stage, so as to obtain the driving current time series of the whole movement process of the spherical motor, so as to reduce the energizing control pressure.
