Abstract:In order to prevent construction safety accidents in prefabricated building projects, based on the analysis and summary of a large number of cases of prefabricated building construction safety accidents, the safety risk factors in the construction process of prefabricated buildings are extracted from the perspective of all participating units. Combined with the specific project and the degree of mutual influence of various factors, the matrix model is established by using DEMATEL analysis method, and the importance ranking of the safety risk factors of the project, as well as the main cause factors and result factors are identified. The results show that the quality of supervision planning and implementation rules, the implementation of special safety plan for assembly construction, and the demonstration of most dangerous projects are the key risk factors for assembly construction safety. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to help managers make appropriate preventive measures.
