    摘要:

    为研究钢绞线锚具的空间受力特征及锚具应力与钢绞线轴向张力之间影响规律。采用ABAQUS有限元软件建立锚具-钢绞线仿真计算模型,考虑夹片与锚具之间的微滑移及不同摩擦系数影响,分析不同钢绞线张力作用下锚具空间应力分布特征及轴向、环向应变变化规律,并通过锚固张拉试验实测锚具的应变分布。结果表明:钢绞线受夹片横向挤压作用而在锚下位置表现出复杂三向受力状态,计算Mises应力远高于非锚固区域;夹片与锚具接触界面的摩擦系数对锚具应变有明显影响,摩擦系数为0.04时产生的环向和轴向应变均小于摩擦系数为0.01和0.02;锚具应力与钢绞线轴向张力符合单调映射关系,但并不完全吻合线性变化规律,实测锚具对称测点位置处的应力亦难以保证完全一致。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, the spatial stress characteristics of anchor and the influence laws between anchor stress and axial tension of steel strand was studied.The finite element software ABAQUS was used to establish the simulation calculation model of anchor-steel strand. Considering the influence of microslip and different friction coefficient between the clip and anchor, under different strand tension, the spatial stress distribution characteristics and axial and the hoop strain variation rules of anchor were analyzed, and the strain distribution of anchor was measured by anchoring tensile test.The results show that the steel strand shows a complex three-dimensional stress state under the anchor position due to transverse extrusion of the clips, and the calculated Mises stress is much higher than that in the unanchored area.The friction coefficient of the interface between the clip and the anchor has an obvious effect on the strain of anchor. When the friction coefficient is 0.04, the hoop and axial strains are smaller than those when the friction coefficient is 0.01 and 0.02.The stress of anchorage and axial tension of steel strand accord with monotone mapping relationship, but do not completely accord with the linear variation law. The stress at the position of measured symmetrical measuring point of anchorage is also difficult to guarantee the complete consistency.
