    由于光缆质地脆、机械强度差,为保证其使用寿命,进行收放线操作时需要实现线缆张力的精确控制。针对现有收放线结构不能实现精细化收放的缺点,本文研究了一种用于高速移动测试车辆的通讯光缆同步收放线装置。在满足实验设备与主控端的远距离高速通讯需求的前提下,设计了两级缓冲机构避免设备运行时光缆受到较大冲击,采用前馈+PID闭环反馈控制策略在系统运行过程中通过离合器进行张力补偿控制,实现了收放光缆过程中张力的自动调节。为了优化控制参数,采用MATLAB建立收放线系统的数学模型,仿真结果验证了所提出控制策略的可行性与有效性。现场测试表明,该收放线装置具有响应速度快、张力控制准确、收放线精细化程度高等优点,可满足不同应用场景下高速收放线的需求,并可为野战情况下通讯线缆的布设及回收应用提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Since the cable has a crisp texture, poor mechanical strength, in order to ensure its service life, it is necessary to realize the precise control of optical cable tension during the operation. Aiming at the disadvantage that the existing optical cable structure can"t realize fine retraction and release, this paper studied a communication optical cable synchronous retracting and releasing device for high-speed mobile test vehicles. Under meeting the requirements of long-distance high-speed communication between the experimental equipment and the main control terminal, a two-stage buffer system is adopted to avoid great impact on the cable during equipment operation. Using the feedforward +PID closed-loop feedback control strategy, through the clutch during the system operation, tension compensation control, the automatic adjustment of the tension in the process of retracting and releasing the optical fiber can be realized. In order to optimize the control parameters, the mathematical model of the receiving and releasing wire system was established by using MATLAB. The simulation results verified the feasibility of the proposed control strategy. The field tests show that the device has the advantages of fast response, accurate tension control and high precision. It can meet the requirements of high-speed wire retraction and release in different application scenarios and can provide a reference for the receiving and releasing of communication cables on the battlefield.
