    在某型飞机缝翼疲劳试验中,采用随动加载技术,实现在缝翼翼面打开角度变化时载荷随动施加,为了解决试验中摆臂式随动机构旋转角度与缝翼打开角度之间误差偏大的问题,本文通过研究该飞机5段缝翼随动机构的几何数学模型,结合试验载荷谱波形,得到作动筒位移与角度误差的关系,确定角度误差的来源,研究随动机构各参数和载荷谱对角度误差的影响,提出一种基于角度误差的缝翼随动加载技术改进方法,并通过试验验证,结果表明该方法可以有效减小角度误差,对未来活动翼面的随动机构设计和载荷谱选择具有指导意义。

    Abstract:

    In an aircraft salt fatigue test, the follow-up loading technology is used to apply the follow-up loading when the open angle of aircraft salts changes. In allusion to the errors between the rotation angles of 5 swing-arm follow-up loading devices and the open angle of slats, the geometric mathematical models of devices are studied in this paper. Combined with the test load spectrum waveform, the relationship with the actuator displacements and the reason of the angle errors are confirmed. According to analysis of angle errors influenced by parameters of the slat follow-up loading devices, an improved method of slat follow-up loading technology based on angle errors is proposed. This method which is proved in the aircraft salt fatigue test can effectively reduce the angle errors and guide follow-up loading devices designing and load spectrum choosing.
