    为深入了解绕组形变对高频变压器漏感参数的影响关系,提出一种分析漏感参数对不同绕组形变种类的全局灵敏度分析方法。首先通过响应面法和中心复合试验设计,建立了高频变压器漏感参数的二阶和三阶响应面模型,并证明三阶响应面模型的计算精度高于二阶响应面模型,其拟合优度指标和最大误差分别0.991、0.34%;其次基于Sobol’灵敏度分析方法和蒙特卡罗抽样方法,分析了漏感参数对于不同形变种类的灵敏度。结果表明:Sobol’灵敏度分析方法可以很好地定量分析绕组形变对漏感参数的影响程度,漏感参数对于原边绕组发生径向形变最为敏感,一阶灵敏度和全局灵敏度分别为0.6951、0.6963。本文研究可为高频变压器结构设计以及绕组形变检测提供指导和依据。

    Abstract:

    In order to deeply understand the influence of winding deformation on the leakage inductance parameters of high-frequency transformers, a global sensitivity analysis method for analyzing leakage inductance parameters to different winding deformation types is proposed. Firstly, the second-order and third-order response surface models of the leakage inductance parameters of the high-frequency transformer are established through the response surface method and the central composite test design, and it is proved that the calculation accuracy of the third-order response surface model is higher than that of the second-order response surface model. The goodness index and the maximum error are 0.991% and 0.34%, respectively. Secondly, based on Sobol’s sensitivity analysis method and Monte Carlo sampling method, the sensitivity of leakage inductance parameters to different types of deformation is analyzed. The results show that Sobol’s sensitivity analysis method can quantitatively analyze the influence of winding deformation on leakage inductance parameters, and the leakage inductance parameter is most sensitive to the radial deformation of the primary winding, and the first-order sensitivity and total sensitivity are 0.6951 and 0.6963, respectively. The research in this paper can provide guidance and basis for the structural design of high-frequency transformers and the detection of winding deformation.
