    摘要:

    大型低速风洞是国内新建的低速风洞,3/4开口试验平台是大型低速风洞重要的试验设备之一,而收集器及过渡段结构是连接3/4开口试验平台的重要部件。收集器及过渡段在试验过程中,受到自重和气动载荷作用,需要在部件设计时进行力学校核。本文以大型低速风洞3/4开口收集器及过渡段结构为研究对象,对部件的强度刚度以及动态力学性能进行了有限元建模分析。有限元结果表明:收集器及过渡段结构满足设计强度刚度要求,同时通过动力学分析,收集器及过渡段结构不会发生共振现象。

    Abstract:

    The large low-speed wind tunnel is a new low-speed wind tunnel under construction in China. 3/4 open test platform is the one of the important test equipment in large low-speed wind tunnel. The collector and transition section structure are important parts connecting the 3/4 open test platform. During the test, the collector and transition section structure are subjected to dead weight and aerodynamic loads. The mechanical check is required during the component design. In this paper, the collector and transition section structure of 3/4 open test platform in large low-speed wind tunnel is studied. The strength, stiffness and dynamic mechanical properties of the components are analyzed by finite element method. The results show that the collector and transition section structure meet the design strength and stiffness requirements. The collector and transition section structure do not resonate in the dynamic analysis.
