    溶解性有机质(dissolved organic matter,DOM)构成复杂,是河流生物地球化学循环中重要的组成部分,对水环境状况有很好的指示作用。为研究基于同步荧光光谱(synchronous fluorescence spectrum,SFS)的城市河流DOM含量与构成变化与水环境参数的相互作用关系,以阶梯式城市景观河流为研究对象,采用荧光区域积分、冗余分析(redundancy analysis,RDA)、二维相关分析(two-dimensional correlation spectroscopy,2D-COS)和主成分分析(principal component analysis,PCA)对SFS及水环境参数进行解析。将SFS光谱划分为类酪氨酸(TYRLF)、类色氨酸(TRPLF)、微生物源类腐殖质(MHLF)和陆源类腐殖质(HLF)四个荧光积分区域,提出SFS区域积分校正因子算法以提高SFS的半定量分析的准确性。结果表明:阶梯式景观河流夏季水体中DOM以生物源(TYRLF、TRPLF和MHLF)组分为主(>80%);SFS-RDA表明环境参数对DOM构成有显著影响,水面覆盖率(Cover)与类腐殖质组分的占比呈正相关;SFS-2D-COS表明类蛋白组分(TYRLF和TRPLF)与类腐殖质组分(MHLF和HLF)变化趋势相反,水体中DOM组分变化顺序为:TYRLF> TRPLF> HLF> MHLF;SFS-PCA将水体DOM按结构特性进行了划分,实现了基于SFS的水体DOM快速归类定性分析。

    Abstract:

    The composition of dissolved organic matter (DOM) is complex, which is an important part of the river biogeochemical cycle and has a good indication of the aquatic systems. The stepped urban landscape river was taken as the research area to study the interaction between DOM composition changes of rivers and aquatic parameters based on synchronous fluorescence spectrum (SFS). The fluorescence region integration, redundancy analysis (RDA), two-dimensional correlation spectroscopy (2D-COS), and principal component analysis (PCA) were used to analyze SFS and aquatic parameters. The SFS was divided into four regions according to the fluorescence characteristics of DOM, i.e. tyrosine-like (TYRLF), tryptophan-like (TRPLF), microbial humic-like (MHLF), and terrestrial humic-like (HLF). The factor of regional integral correction was proposed to improve the accuracy of the semi-quantitative analysis of SFS. The results showed that the DOM in the aquatic systems of the stepped landscape river in summer was mainly composed of biological sources (TYRLF, TRPLF, and MHLF) (> 80%). SFS-2D-COS indicated that the trend of protein-like components (TYRLF and TRPLF) was opposite to that of humic-like components (MHLF and HLF). The order of DOM components change in water was TYRLF > TRPLF > HLF > MHLF. SFS-PCA divides the DOM of the water body according to structural characteristics and realizes the rapid classification and qualitative analysis of DOM samples based on SFS.
