Abstract:The transformation of old communities is an important measure to improve people"s livelihood. "How to change" is one of the key issues that stakeholders pay attention to during the transformation process. After determining the content of the transformation, due to the differences in the process, function, material, brand, etc. of the transformation content, the selection base of the transformation plan is large, and the evaluation objectives such as the transformation period, cost, and quality corresponding to the different transformation plans are also different, and the transformation is scientifically optimized. The plan is an important work to achieve the expected transformation goals. This paper takes the construction period, cost and quality of the renovation plan as the goal, establishes a multi-objective optimization model, and uses the NSGA-II algorithm to solve the problem, and obtains a better Pareto frontier, which provides a basis for decision makers to choose the old community renovation plan. The results show that this method for scheme selection can improve the efficiency of scheme optimization and the obtained scheme is more convincing and scientific.
