    摘要:

    老旧小区改造是改善民生的重要举措。“怎么改”是改造过程中利益相关者关注的重点问题之一。在确定改造内容之后,由于各改造内容的工艺、功能、材料、品牌等不同,改造方案选择基数大,且不同改造方案对应的改造工期、成本、质量等评价目标也各不相同,科学优选改造方案是实现预期改造目标的重要工作。本文以改造方案的工期、成本、质量为目标,建立多目标优化模型,采用NSGA-Ⅱ算法进行求解,得到较好的Pareto前沿,为决策者选择老旧小区改造方案提供依据。结果表明:该方法进行方案优选能够提高方案寻优效率,所得方案更具说服力、科学性。

    Abstract:

    The transformation of old communities is an important measure to improve people"s livelihood. "How to change" is one of the key issues that stakeholders pay attention to during the transformation process. After determining the content of the transformation, due to the differences in the process, function, material, brand, etc. of the transformation content, the selection base of the transformation plan is large, and the evaluation objectives such as the transformation period, cost, and quality corresponding to the different transformation plans are also different, and the transformation is scientifically optimized. The plan is an important work to achieve the expected transformation goals. This paper takes the construction period, cost and quality of the renovation plan as the goal, establishes a multi-objective optimization model, and uses the NSGA-II algorithm to solve the problem, and obtains a better Pareto frontier, which provides a basis for decision makers to choose the old community renovation plan. The results show that this method for scheme selection can improve the efficiency of scheme optimization and the obtained scheme is more convincing and scientific.
