    随着天然气的产出,地层能量下降,间歇气井愈发增多,针对衰竭但尚有一定产气量的间歇生产气井进行增产投资与收益不成正比的问题,在传统单井监控系统基础上,基于三菱FX系列可编程逻辑控制器研制了一套间歇生产气井井网智能监控系统。该系统将单个气井物联,形成井网,以三菱FX系列可编程逻辑控制器为系统中枢,统筹数据采集、监控与逻辑处理、数据传输、应急阀系与供电五大子模块,使得全井站数据实时传入控制终端,结果表明,该系统能以较低的成本投资,实现全井站气井整个寿命周期的实时数据监测,特别针对间歇生产气井可实现后期衰竭饱和自动采集,极大程度提升了井站的实时监控效果、间歇生产气井的开发程度与节能效果。

    Abstract:

    With the production of natural gas and the decrease of formation energy, the number of intermittent gas wells is increasing. In view of the problem that the increase investment is not proportional to the income of intermittent production gas wells that are exhausted but still have a certain gas production. Based on the traditional single well monitoring system and Mitsubishi FX series programmable logic controller(PLC), an intelligent monitoring system for well pattern of intermittent production gas wells was developed. The system connects individual gas wells to form a well pattern. Taking Mitsubishi PLC as the system center, it coordinates the five sub modules of data acquisition, monitoring and logic processing, data transmission, emergency valve system and power supply, so that the data of the whole well station could be transmitted to the control terminal in real time. The results showed that the system could realize the real-time data monitoring of the whole life cycle of gas wells in the whole well station with low cost investment, especially for intermittent production gas wells, and could realize the automatic acquisition of failure saturation in the later stage. It greatly improved the real-time monitoring effect of the well station, the development degree of intermittent production gas wells and energy-saving effect.
