    为了研究多聚磷酸(PPA)改性沥青的流变性能和疲劳性能,制备不同掺量的PPA改性沥青,采用动态剪切流变仪(DSR)进行温度扫描、时间扫描和频率扫描试验,分析各掺量PPA改性沥青的复数剪切模量(G*)和车辙因子(G*/sin δ)随温度、荷载作用次数和加载频率的变化关系,G*下降到初始值(G0*)的50%对应的加载次数作为疲劳指标表征PPA改性沥青的疲劳性能。研究结果表明:沥青的G*值和G*/sin δ均随着温度的增加而下降,即温度越高,沥青抗剪切变形能力和高温稳定性越差,当温度超过64℃后,持续提高温度对二者基本无影响;PPA改性剂能显著提高沥青的抗剪切变形能力和高温稳定性,2.0%掺量PPA改性沥青的G*值和G*/sin δ是70#基质沥青的2.5倍;PPA掺量越高,改性沥青疲劳寿命越大,沥青抗疲劳性能越好,PPA改性沥青疲劳寿命与加载应力在双对数坐标中具有较好的线性递减关系,线性拟合优度R2大于0.9。此外,PPA改性剂可以改善沥青抗剪切变形和弹性恢复能力,尤其当加载频率较低时,改善效果显著。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the rheological and fatigue properties of polyphosphoric acid (PPA) modified asphalt, dynamic shear rheometer (DSR) was used to carry out temperature-sweep and time-sweep tests, and the relationship between complex shear modulus (G*) and rutting factor (G*/sin δ) of PPA modified asphalt with different content with temperature and loading time was analyzed. The loading times when the G* decreases to 50% of the initial value (G0*) were used to characterize the fatigue performance of PPA modified asphalt. The results show that the G* and G*/sin δ of asphalt decrease with the increase of temperature, namely, the higher the temperature, the worse the shear deformation resistance and high temperature stability of asphalt. When the temperature exceeds 60℃, the continuous increase of temperature has no effect on them. The PPA modifier could significantly improve the shear deformation resistance and high temperature stability of asphalt. The G* and G*/sin δ of 2.0% PPA modified asphalt are 2.5 times that of 70# base asphalt. Moreover, the higher the PPA content, the longer the fatigue life of modified asphalt and the better the fatigue resistance of asphalt. The fatigue life of PPA modified asphalt has a significant linear decreasing relationship with loading stress in double logarithmic coordinates, and the linear goodness of fit R2 is greater than 0.9. In addition, PPA modifier can improve the shear deformation resistance and elastic recovery ability of asphalt, especially when the loading frequency is low.
