This paper studies the entire route from container trucks outside the port to the freight station and from the freight station to the port. Under the container trucks appointment mechanism, by forecasting the travel time between the port and the freight station, and the travel time between the freight stations, the upper limit of the reservation is determined in a certain period of time, and the transportation task of container trucks is completed. Through the establishment of the minimum optimization model of transportation time, the truck transportation turnover time is calculated, and the genetic simulated annealing algorithm is used to solve the problem. According to the results of transportation turnover time, the optimized transportation scheme is designed. Experimental results show that the model can effectively reduce the waiting time at the gate, thus shortening the transportation time and improving the efficiency of the container trucks.
