Abstract:In order to solve the problems of poor dynamic performance and weak anti-interference of conventional PID (proportion integral differential)algorithm in the setting process of shaping machine, a scheme of introducing fuzzy immune algorithm on the basis of conventional PID algorithm is adopted, and a fuzzy immune PID controller is designed. Through the simulation analysis of the network model built by MATLAB software, this method met the technical requirements of the stretching tension of the setting machine, and reduced the overshoot of the system to 1.6%, which is basically close to no overshoot, the time to reach stability was shortened to 4s, and the tension was seldom affected by external disturbances. The experimental results showed that the drawing tension of the setting machine was controlled within ±2% of the set value, meeting the requirements of the system within the error range of the system. It is concluded that the fuzzy immune PID controller effectively improves the technical problems of tensile tension in the setting machine and can meet the production demand.
