    摘要:

    冷却水套是发动机冷却系统的主要散热部件之一,水套结构的合理设计对发动机工作性能有着重要的影响。冷却水套主要由缸头水套、缸垫、缸体水套组成,其中,缸头水套的鼻梁区为高温区域,产生的热量需要高效的冷却才能保证其散热性能。为评估水套结构设计合理性及系统分析水套内冷却液的流动特性,采用CFD分析软件STAR-CCM+对某发动机冷却水套进行了数值模拟研究,提出了一种基于流动路径的冷却水套结构改进方法,通过对冷却液流动路径及速度分布均匀性的数值模拟相关研究,可以有效对现冷却水套冷却液流动不足进行优化改善,明显提升鼻梁区、排气侧区域的冷却,整体改善冷却水套的散热性能。基于流动路径的冷却水套CFD仿真及结构改进方法可为发动机冷却水套的设计及优化提供理论指导。

    Abstract:

    The cooling water jacket is one of the main cooling components of the engine cooling system. The reasonable design of the water jacket structure has an important impact on the engine performance. The cooling water jacket is mainly composed of cylinder head water jacket, cylinder pad and cylinder body water jacket. The nose area of the cylinder head water jacket is a high temperature area, and the heat generated needs efficient cooling to ensure its heat dissipation performance. In order to evaluate the rationality of water jacket structure design and systematically analyze the flow characteristics of coolant in water jacket, the CFD analysis software star-ccm + is used to conduct the numerical simulation of an engine cooling water jacket, and an improved cooling water jacket structure method based on flow path is proposed. Through the numerical simulation of the coolant flow path and velocity distribution uniformity, it can effectively optimize and improve the insufficient coolant flow of the existing cooling water jacket, and significantly improve the nose bridge area and exhaust side area The overall cooling performance of the cooling water jacket is improved by the cooling of the cooling zone. The CFD simulation and structure improvement method of cooling water jacket based on flow path can provide theoretical guidance for the design and optimization of engine cooling water jacket.
