    摘要:

    为了研究RV减速器主要零件及整机的固有频率,避免与RV减速器内的激振频率接近时发生共振。以RV-320E减速器为研究对象,应用软件Pro/E对RV减速器零件进行三维建模并完成整机装配。将建好的模型导入ANSYS Workbench进行有限元模态分析,计算主要零件及整机的固有频率,通过与RV减速器激振频率和整机固有频率进行对比,分析主要零件是否会发生共振。研究表明:当电机转速为1500r/min时,RV减速器内激振频率很难引起零件及整机发生共振。但摆线轮与整机存在比较接近的固有频率,通过改变摆线轮材料避开固有频率,避免发生共振。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the main parts of RV reducer and the natural frequency of the whole machine, to avoid resonance when the excitation frequency is close to that of RV reducer. Taking RV-320E gear reducer as the research object, the software Pro/E is applied to carry out 3D modeling of RV gear reducer parts and complete the assembly of the whole machine. Import the built model into ANSYS Workbench for finite element modal analysis, calculate the first ten order natural frequencies of the main parts and the whole machine, and then compare with the excitation frequencies of RV reducer to find out the parts that may resonate. Research shows that: When the motor speed is 1500r/min, the excitation frequency is difficult to cause the resonance of the parts and the whole machine in RV reducer. However, there is a close natural frequency between the cycloid wheel and the whole machine, by changing the cycloid gear material to avoid the inherent frequency and resonance.
