Abstract:Because of its high hydrogen storage performance and low-temperature hydrogen release characteristics, aluminum hydride can be used as an additive component of composite propellants. It has been favored by researchers in recent years. This article reviews the ignition and combustion characteristics of aluminum hydride. The crystal structure of each phase of aluminum hydride is analyzed. The ignition and combustion mechanism of aluminum hydride is analyzed. The combustion characteristics of the remaining aluminum are similar to aluminum of the same size. The ignition and combustion device of the aluminum hydride is studied. Finally, the obtained results Achievements and future research point the way.
