    摘要:

    电力变压器的涡流损耗计算,对于提高变压器的稳定性、安全性和高效性具有重要意义。首先,从三相三芯柱变压器铁芯拓扑结构出发,基于统一磁路(unified magnetic equivalent circuit, UMEC)推导了考虑绕组耦合的三相三芯柱变压器电磁模型。然后,将电磁模型与涡流损耗经验公式联立,计算出电力变压器油箱和夹件的涡流损耗值。最后,借助有限元仿真软件FLUX3D,为变压器建立一个有限元模型,建模过程中考虑了油箱和夹件的涡流损耗。将本方法所得涡流损耗结果与FLUX3D软件建模分析的结果进行对比,证明了本文采用的涡流损耗研究方法和FLUX3D软件的有效性。基于该软件的建模与涡流损耗计算方法的探究对电力变压器的研发、生产和应用具有一定的前瞻性。

    Abstract:

    The calculation of eddy current loss of power transformer is of great significance to improve the stability, safety, and efficiency of the transformer. Firstly, from the perspective of the three phase three limb transformer core topology, an electromagnetic model of a three-phase three-limb transformer considering winding coupling is derived from unified magnetic equivalent circuit (UMEC). Secondly, combine the electromagnetic model with the empirical formula of eddy current loss for power transformer, the estimated value of the eddy current loss involving the fuel tank and the clamping part in the transformer could be obtained. Finally, by using FLUX3D software, a finite element model of the transformer considering the eddy current loss for fuel tank and clip is established. The eddy current loss results obtained in this paper are compared with the numerical results by the finite element software, which proves the effectiveness of research method and software proposed in this paper. The research on the modeling and eddy current loss calculation method based on the software has a certain prospect for the development, production, and application of power transformer.
