    摘要:

    为探究不同光合响应曲线模型在软枣猕猴桃上的拟合,同时比较不同品种间的光响应特征。本文利用LI-6400 便携式光合仪测定2种软枣猕猴桃雄株‘月山’、‘森茂猕雄’及6种软枣猕猴桃雌株‘魁绿’、‘LD133’、‘赤焰’、‘大实(大実サルナシ)’、‘贵太郎(貴太郎)’、‘石榴红’的光合作用-光响应曲线,利用4 种光合模型进行拟合,比较并分析不同软枣猕猴桃的光合特性。结果表明:(1)直角双曲线的修正模型-叶子飘模型(YEM)为软枣猕猴桃的最佳光合响应曲线模型。(2)8个品种中,暗呼吸速率的拟合值从小到大的排序是:石榴红<森茂猕雄<月山<贵太郎<大实<魁绿

    Abstract:

    In order to the best photosynthetic response curve model for Actinidia arguta was studied. Eight Actinidia arguta cultivars including two male plants cultivars(‘Tukiyama’, ‘Senmao A’) and six female plants cultivars(‘Kui Lu’,‘LD133’,‘Ken’s red’,‘Daijitu’,‘Kitaro’ and ‘Garnet’) were selected from field plots at Dalian University and beilin agricul tural research institute in northeast China. The photosynthesis light response curve was measured in eight Actinidia arguta cultivars using the Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system. Four light response curve models were applied to fitting its light response curve. Four light response curve models were applied to fitting its light response curve of Eight Actinidia arguta cultivars. The results show that YEM in Four light response curve models could fit well the photosynthesis light response curves. In two males and six female plants cultivars,Comparing light-response parameters fitted by the YEM for these cultivars of Actinidia arguta. Rd order from weak to strong was ‘Garnet’<‘Senmao A’<‘Tukiyama’<‘Kitaro’<‘Daijitu’<‘Kui Lu’<‘LD133’<‘Ken’s red’, Is order from weak to strong was ‘Garnet’<‘Kitaro’<‘Daijitu’<‘Ken’s red’<‘LD133’<‘Tukiyama’<‘Kui Lu’<‘Senmao A’, Ic order from weak to strong was ‘Senmao A’<‘Garnet’<‘Tukiyama’<‘Kitaro’<‘Daijitu’<‘Ken’s red’<‘Kui Lu’<‘LD133’, Pnmax order from weak to strong was ‘Garnet’<‘Ken’s red’<‘Kui Lu’< ‘Kitaro’ <‘LD133’ <‘Daijitu’ <‘Tukiyama’ <‘Senmao A’, α order from strong to weak was ‘Garnet’< ‘LD133’ <‘Tukiyama’ <‘Senmao A’<‘Kui Lu’ <‘Daijitu’ <‘Kitaro’< ‘Ken’s red’.
