    摘要:

    耕地韧性评价是耕地资源利用效率及耕地系统健康的重要表征,对昆明市的耕地进行韧性评价的目的在于为耕地资源高效管理提供依据,促进耕地系统的可持续发展以及保障粮食安全。基于韧性的视角,从耕地系统的功能性、稳定性、冗余度和适应性4个维度构建了耕地系统韧性评价指标体系,并采用熵权法、突变级数模型和泰尔指数对昆明市2001—2017年的耕地系统进行了韧性评价和空间差异分析。结果表明:昆明市耕地系统韧性总体水平还较低,但呈现平稳上升的状态;其四个维度的能力出现差异,功能性、稳定性水平较高,而冗余度和适宜性水平较低;昆明市耕地韧性呈现出“核心-边缘”的空间特征,耕地韧性的空间差距逐渐缩小。可见为提升昆明市耕地韧性水平,应将冗余能力和适应能力作为发展的重点,提高对耕地系统的管理利用能力,扩大主要城区耕地韧性的空间溢出效应,缩小耕地韧性的内部差异。

    Abstract:

    Cultivated land resilience evaluation is seen as an important characterization of cultivated land resource utilization efficiency and cultivated land system health. The purpose of evaluating the resilience of cultivated land in Kunming is to provide a basis for efficient management of cultivated land resources, promote the sustainable development of cultivated land systems and ensure the food security of Kunming city. Based on the concept of cultivated land resilience proposed by the predecessors, this paper constructs an evaluation index system of cultivated land system resilience from the four dimensions: functionality, stability, redundancy, and adaptability of the cultivated land system. The entropy weight method, catastrophe progression method and theil index were used to evaluate the resilience and analyze the spatial difference of the cultivated land system in Kunming from 2001 to 2017. The research results are as follows: First, the overall level of resilience of the cultivated land system in Kunming is still low, but showing a steady rise. Second, the four dimensions of the ability are different. Among them, the level of functionality and stability is high, while the level of redundancy and suitability is low. Third, The spatial characteristic of the resilience of cultivated land in Kunming is "core to periphery" and the spatial gap of the cultivated land resilience gradually narrows. Therefore, in order to improve the resilience level of cultivated land in Kunming, we should take redundancy and adaptability as the focus of its development, improve the management and utilization of cultivated land systems, and expand the space spillover effect of cultivated land resilience in the central urban area to reduce the internal differences in resilience of cultivated land.
