    摘要:

    为了探讨沿海低丘陵三生空间时空演变与生态环境响应,以沿海低丘陵资源富集区招远市为例,利用2008-2018年土地利用变更数据,基于土地空间扩展强度、半变异函数、生态环境响应模型等方法,对区域土地利用主导功能转型与生态环境进行区域性分析。结果表明:(1)沿海低丘陵资源富集区土地利用主导功能用地空间扩展与收缩处于低速变化。(2)生活空间与生产空间功能增强,生态空间减弱是研究三生空间的转型的主基调,其转型由矿产资源的开发、土地管理政策等多因素造成。(3)服务及其他生产用地偏移最明显,农业生产用地、林地生态用地偏移较弱。(4)胶东半岛低丘陵沿海区域生态环境质量随着时间的变化呈下降的趋势,生产空间、生态空间转型为生活空间、生产空间相互转型是导致生态环境质量降低主导因素。研究土地利用功能转型与生态环境响应演变规律,可为招远市国土空间规划下“三生空间”和生态红线提供借鉴。

    Abstract:

    In order to explore the Ecological-Production-Living Spaces evolution and ecological environment response in the coastal low hills and provide a reference for the "Ecological-Production-Living Spaces" and ecological red line under the territorial spatial planning, Zhaoyuan city, a coastal low-hilly resource-rich area, was taken as an example and a regional analysis of the leading function transformation and ecological environment of regional land utilization was made using land utilization change data from 2008 to 2018 on the basis of methods such as land spatial expansion intensity, semivariogram, and ecological environment response model. The results show that the spatial expansion and contraction of the land utilization leading function in the coastal low-hilly resource-rich areas are changing at a low speed, the function enhancement of living space and production space, and the weakening of ecological space are the main keynotes for studying the transformation of ecological-production-living spaces, which is caused by multiple factors such as the development of mineral resources and land management policies, the shift of service and other production land is the most obvious, while the shift of agricultural production land and forest ecological land is weak, the eco-environmental quality in the coastal area of the low hills of Jiaodong Peninsula is decreasing with the change of time. The transformation of the ecological space into the living space and production space is the leading factor leading to the deterioration of the eco-environmental quality. The study of land use function transformation and ecological environment response evolution law could be provide reference for Zhaoyuan's land space planning of Ecological-Production-Living Spaces response and ecological red line
