    摘要:

    大吨位桥梁转体精度要求高,技术难度大,是其施工过程中最关键的一步,而转体桥梁的自重作为一个基本参数,其精度的可靠性对转体桥梁不平衡力矩计算至关重要。为精确获取转体桥梁关键参数,提出了一种基于三维激光扫描和BIM逆向建模技术来获取转体桥梁自重和不平衡力矩的新方法。以昆明至楚雄高速公路为项目依托,转体段大德大桥为研究对象进行实验论证。结果表明:利用该方法所得到的点云和逆向BIM模型,避免了转体桥梁因环境因素导致的其表面形变与理论设计不一致的情况,提高了获取转体桥梁自重和不平衡力矩参数的效率和可靠性,进一步保障了大吨位桥梁在转体过程的平衡与安全。

    Abstract:

    As the most critical step in the construction process, the rotating precision of large-tonnage bridge requires high accuracy and advanced technology. As a basic parameter, the reliability of its precision is significant to the calculation of the unbalance moment of the rotating bridge. In order to obtain the key parameters of the rotating bridge accurately, a new method based on 3D laser scanning and BIM reverse modeling technology is proposed to obtain the self weight and unbalanced moment of the rotating bridge. Based on the project of Kunming Chuxiong expressway, Dade bridge in the transition section is taken as the research object for experimental demonstration. The results show that the point cloud and the reverse BIM model obtained by this method can avoid the inconsistency between the surface deformation and the theoretical design caused by the environmental factors of the rotating bridge. It improves the efficiency and reliability of obtaining the parameters of self weight and unbalanced moment, and further guarantees the balance and safety of large tonnage bridge in the process of turning.
