    摘要:

    为保证地铁隧道的安全施工及运营,及时掌握隧道变形情况尤为重要。针对传统隧道监控量测方法中存在的测量效率低、精度有限以及需布置监控量测点等问题,引入三维激光扫描技术采集隧道全断面三维数据,通过色谱分析法对整体变形进行定性分析,更加直观、自动化的获取各部位变形情况,同时自动处理算法对重点区域进行平面特征拟合获取其形心坐标,通过分析形心位置变化情况定量获取隧道内部变形情况,且变形量测精度达到相关规程要求,同时通过与隧道设计BIM模型的对比,快速检测施工质量及偏差,研究成果具有重要理论意义及实际价值。

    Abstract:

    In order to ensure the safe construction and operation of the subway tunnel, it is very important to grasp the deformation of the tunnel in time. In view of the problems existing in the traditional tunnel monitoring and measurement methods, such as low measurement efficiency, limited accuracy and the need to arrange monitoring and measurement points, the three-dimensional laser scanning technology is introduced to collect the three-dimensional data of the whole section of the tunnel, and the qualitative analysis of the overall deformation is carried out through the chromatography analysis method, so as to obtain the deformation of each part more intuitively and automatically, and at the same time, the automatic processing algorithm is used to level the key areas The surface feature fitting is used to obtain its centroid coordinates, and the internal deformation of the tunnel is obtained quantitatively by analyzing the change of centroid position, and the accuracy of deformation measurement meets the requirements of relevant regulations. At the same time, through the comparison with the BIM of tunnel design, the construction quality and deviation are detected quickly. The research results have important theoretical significance and practical value.
