    常规井下牵引器设计基于固井套管,其仅适用于光滑井眼,针对凹凸不平的裸眼井则适应性较差,甚至出现无法正常工作的情况。基于此,提出了双推杆-双弹簧支撑调节机构,以期提高轮式牵引器越障性能,扩大轮式牵引器应用范围;并运用运动仿真软件,分别建立了常规支撑调节机构和双推杆-双弹簧支撑调节机构运动学仿真数值模型;对比分析了不同障碍形式对两种支撑调节机构的越障性能的影响规律,结果对比表明:双推杆-双弹簧支撑调节机构比单推杆支撑调节机构的越障性能更好。可见提出的双推杆-双弹簧支撑调节机构可有效促进牵引器在裸眼井中的进一步研究和应用。

    Abstract:

    Conventional design method of downhole tractor is based on cementing casing, which is only suitable for smooth hole. For the open hole well, the conventional downhole tractor has poor adaptability and even can not work normally. Based on this, a support adjustment mechanism with double push rod-double spring was proposed to improve the obstacle surmounting performance of wheel tractor and expand its application range. By using the software of motion simulation, the kinematic simulation numerical models of conventional support adjustment mecha-nism and support adjustment mechanism with double push rod-double spring were established. The in-fluence of different obstacle forms on the obstacle surmounting performance of the two kinds of sup-port adjustment mechanisms was analyzed. The results show that the support adjustment mechanism with double push rod-double spring has better obstacle surmounting performance than the single push rod support mechanism. The double push rod and double spring support adjustment mecha-nism can effectively promote the further research and application of the tractor in the open hole well.
