The design of authority control based on user access control and Web Services is put forward to avoid the problems which are aroused by the user access control in B/S system. It is possible to implement dynamic management of user permissions by using RBAC and to validate interoperability and easy accessibility offered by Web Service. It is achieved to use the combination of the two methods in one oilfield manage system of wireless data.
