For the characteristics of wireless channel such as time-variety and high BER, the rate adjustable RCPT code is good for channel coding. Combined with ARQ, RCPT is widely noticed. But the decoding algorithm of RCPT is too complex to let RCPT code more advanced used. A simplified algorithm based on ARQ is proposed. This algorithm uses the former decoded information to get the decoded result after ARQ. It can greatly reduces the complexity.
