    摘要:

    为获取平面微观形态信息,文中提出了一种基于线激光扫描和精密程控平移台的点云信息自动采集方案。实现了对A3纸张尺寸范围内低厚物品的分幅面全自动扫描,并自动对所获取的各幅面点云数据进行无缝拼接,生成被测物体的全幅面点云集,重建出被测物体三维模型。为便于观测分析并实现3D打印,文中对获取的点云集进行了区域选择、高度直方图统计、等高线绘制以及三角网格化,得到被测物体的三维模型,并对模型表面积进行计算。所设计的系统实现了平面精度±0.01mm,高程精度±0.002mm的点云采集。

    Abstract:

    For obtaining the low detailed surface graphic information, a point cloud informational automatic acquisition system was designed, which is based on line-laser scanning and precision programmable translational. The system realized that a low thickness objects ,which is within the scope of A3 paper size, is scanned automatically by dividing into several parts,and that the point cloud of each part was jointed together without gap, generating a full width point cloud model of the objects. For facilitating observation and analyzing and realizeing the 3-d printing, point cloud data is dealt by selecting area of interest, point cloud height histogram statistics, drawing contour map, triangular mesh and obtaining the object’s 3-d model and calculating the model’s surface area. The designed system achieved the point cloud collecting of the plane accuracy in the area of ± 0.01 mm and the high accuracy in the area of ± 0.002 mm.
