    摘要:

    本文在已有的相关理论的基础上,引入二次电子发射特性作为表征固体材料静电起电性能的一个新参数,并尝试利用二次电子发射特性来解释其静电起电过程;共挑选了6种有代表性的固体材料(涵盖了导体、半导体和绝缘体)作为实验材料,分别进行了5种固体材料的4组摩擦起电实验,和3种固体材料在不同转速下的摩擦起电实验;并分析讨论了固体材料在静电起电过程中,其表面静电电位的大小和极性与其二次电子发射特性之间的关联机理,为进一步探索固体材料的静电起电理论开辟了一个新的研究方向。

    Abstract:

    This issue intends to introduce secondary electron emission characteristic as a new parameter to describe the performance of Static electricity on solid materials in accordance with related existed theories, and try to explain the course of electrification by using above idea; Six kinds of representative solid materials are picked up as experimental samples(including conductor, semiconductor and insulator), and we have conducted four groups of friction experiments among those five solid materials and one friction electrification experiment at different speed among three kinds of materials; In this experiment, we have discussed the relevance mechanism between solid material electrostatic potential and its secondary electron emission characteristic in the course of electrostatic electrification. We hope this study will contribute to open a new way to electrostatic electrification theory.
