    摘要:

    介绍了一种利用nRF24L01无线射频收发芯片将蓄电池的电压、温度、电流、ID编号、环境温度等信息发送到采集主机,采集主机接收到数据后既可以在当地LCD上显示也可以通过DM9000A以太网控制芯片将数据发送到远程监控终端的方法。该监测系统不仅可以减少现场的施工量,还可以对蓄电池的性能进行实时的在线监测,当蓄电池出现异常情况时及时的发出报警信息,主机并能根据采集到的线路电流和电池温度等参数估算出电池的SOC值,从而更加准确的描述出蓄电池的性能变化趋势。

    Abstract:

    This paper introduced a method which one kind of use nRF24L01 wireless RF transceiver chip sent the battery voltage, temperature, current, ID number, environmental temperature and other information to the collection host, collection host received data can be in the local LCD display and also be passed to DM9000A Ethernet control chip sends the data to the remote terminal monitoring. The monitoring system can not only reduce the construction quantity, but also the battery performance in real-time on-line monitoring. Meanwhile, Alarm information can be timely sent when the battery abnormality .According to the collected line current and the battery temperature and other parameters, collection host can estimate cell SOC value, thus more accurate description trend of battery performance.
