      针对锚杆锚固工程中须对锚杆进行无损检测的工程检测要求,提出一种主要基于相关函数的锚杆智能检测方法。首先对采集到的反射信号进行滤波,然后使用近邻聚类算法自动筛选出最优信号以代替传统的人工挑选方式,再将最优信号输入至广义互相关、Hilbert变换算法组成的混合模型中,从而自动地定位出信号突变点并计算出锚杆长度和锚固的缺陷位置。通过实验对该方法进行验证,结果表明相比传统检测方法其对锚杆长度和缺陷位置的检测误差明显降低且使用更方便。

      According to the requirements of non-destructive testing of the anchor bolts in the anchoring engineering, an intelligent detection method of anchor bolts mainly based on correlation function is proposed in this paper. This method uses the nearest neighbor clustering algorithm to automatically pick out the most suitable signals from reflected signals which were collected from the target bolt instead of the traditional manual selection method, and then inputs the selected signal into a proposed hybrid model composed of generalized cross-correlation and Hilbert transform algorithm, so as to automatically locates the mutation points of the signals and then calculates the length of the anchor bolt and the locations of the grouting defects. The experimental results show that the proposed detection methods are more accurate and convenient in practice than the traditional detection methods.
