      为保证高海拔隧道在服役期间内不受冻害破坏,本文以青沙山隧道为例,模拟分析了高海拔隧道温度场的一般性规律;然后通过正交试验对影响因素进行敏感性分析;最后建立衬砌保温层厚度计算公式及衬砌寿命预测模型。结果表明:海拔较低的洞口处温度较低,进出口压差每增加25 Pa,洞壁温度约下降0.8 ℃;正交试验得出环境温度、压差和埋深是影响高海拔隧道温度场的主要因素;根据保温模型计算得,当冻结时间30天,冻结深度1.87 m时,所需保温层厚度为1.6 cm;根据混凝土的冻融循环试验数据提出隧道衬砌寿命预测模型,水灰比0.55、0.45和0.35的抗冻混凝土服役寿命约为25年、58年和98年。
英文摘要:
      In order to ensure that the high altitude tunnel will not be damaged by freezing damage during the service period, this paper takes Qingshashan tunnel as an example to simulate and analyze the general law of temperature field in high altitude tunnel; Then the sensitivity of the influencing factors was analyzed by orthogonal test; Finally, the calculation formula of lining insulation thickness gauge and lining life prediction model are established. The results show that the temperature at the entrance with lower altitude is lower, and the wall temperature decreases by 0.8 ℃ with the increase of pressure difference between inlet and outlet by 25 PA; The results of orthogonal test show that environmental temperature, pressure difference and buried depth are the main factors affecting the temperature field of high altitude tunnel; According to the calculation of thermal insulation model, when the freezing time is 30 days and the freezing depth is 1.87M, the required insulation layer thickness is 1.6cm; According to the freeze-thaw cycle test data of concrete, the service life of frost resistant concrete with water cement ratio of 0.55, 0.45 and 0.35 is about 25 years, 58 years and 98 years.
