    摘要:

    为解决双U形金属阻尼器应力集中及初始刚度较低的问题,提出了两组增设不同形式钢板的优化方案。首先介绍了U形钢板的力学性能,设计了3个参数不同的U形钢板并进行了模拟验证。进而对两组模型进行有限元模拟分析,研究不同优化方案对双U形金属阻尼器滞回性能、刚度退化、耗能能力及应力发展的影响。结果表明:优化后的阻尼器具有良好的滞回耗能能力,应力分布得到有效改善,初始刚度明显提高。尤其以增设大矩形钢板优化的阻尼器在分阶段屈服方面性能更为突出,参数设计更加灵活。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problems of stress concentration and low initial stiffness of double U-shaped metal damper, two optimization schemes of adding different steel plates were proposed. Firstly, the mechanical properties of U-shaped steel plate are introduced. Three U-shaped steel plates with different parameters are designed and verified by simulation. Then the two groups of models are simulated by finite element method to study the influence of different optimization schemes on the hysteretic performance, stiffness degradation, energy dissipation capacity and stress development of double U-shaped metal damper. The results show that the optimized dampers have excellent hysteretic energy dissipation capacity, the stress distribution is effectively improved, and the initial stiffness is significantly increased. In particular, the damper optimized by adding large rectangular steel plate has more outstanding performance and more flexible parameter design.
