    以三聚氰胺-尿素-甲醛树脂为壁材,十四烷为芯材,采用原位聚合法制备出可以在低温条件下进行储能和放热的相变微胶囊,并以其为改性剂制备相变沥青新材料。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、激光粒度分析仪(FT-IR)、差示扫描量热计(DSC),研究了不同芯壁比、合成温度以及乳化转速对微胶囊形貌、粒径、热稳定性的潜热的影响。通过DSC和动态剪切流变试验仪(DSR)研究了相变沥青性能。结果表明芯壁比为1:1,搅拌温度75℃,乳化搅拌速率为3000rpm时,微胶囊性能最佳,相变潜热达119J/g。相变微胶囊在相变沥青中能够保持结构完整,不会对沥青的路用性能造成严重影响。

    Abstract:

    Phase change microcapsules were prepared by in-situ polymerization with melamine-urea-formaldehyde resin as wall material and tetradecane as core material, which could store energy and release heat at low temperature. The effects of core wall ratio, stirring temperature and emulsifying speed on the morphology, particle size and thermal stability of microcapsules were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), laser particle size analyzer (FT-IR) and differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). The performance of phase change asphalt was studied by DSC and DSR. The results showed that when the ratio of core to wall was 1:1, the stirring temperature was 75 ℃, and the emulsifying stirring rate was 3000 rpm, the performance of microcapsules was the best, and the latent heat of phase change was 119J/g. Phase change microcapsules can keep the structure intact in phase change asphalt, which will not seriously affect the road performance of asphalt.
