    摘要:

    环境是人类社会发展需要思考的重要因素,城市污染情况的评估对社会发展与环境污染间的平衡起到重要作用。针对目前环境污染评估中存在的指标不全面的问题,本文首先分析了固体、液体、气体三类污染物中的七个环境污染指标,使用层次分析法确定权重;其次,运用灰色定权聚类模型对河南省省辖市2013~2017年的污染情况样本进行综合分析、评估和集群划分;最后完成五年内的污染变化情况的评估,总结出污染情况东西差异和逐年向好的结论。实例分析的结果表明了该方法的合理性与可行性,为相关部门制订政策提供参考。

    Abstract:

    The environment is an important factor that needs to be considered in the development of human society. The evaluation of urban pollution plays an important role in the balance between social development and environmental pollution. In response to the current problem of incomplete indicators in environmental pollution evaluation system, firstly, seven environmental pollution indicators among the three types of pollutants were analyzed, including solid, liquid and gas, and the weight was determined by analytic hierarchy process. Secondly, the gray fixed weight clustering model was used to comprehensively analyze, evaluate and cluster the pollution samples of the provincial cities in Henan Province from 2013 to 2017. Finally, the evaluation of the pollution changes within five years was completed. It is concluded that the pollution situation has differences between east and west and has improved year by year. This method' s rationality and feasibility are proved by the analysis result of the case,and it is a reference for relevant departments to formulate policies.
