    摘要:

    近年来,远程塔台在全世界发展势头迅猛,为自然环境恶劣、通视条件差、有人值守困难的机场提供了物理塔台的替代方案。通过文献梳理,对国内外远程塔台运行研究与应用进行了总结,结果显示:远程塔台运行研究是典型的“人-机-系统”领域,需基于人因工效学原理从运行模式与技术系统两方面相互推进;国内远程塔台运行研究及应用相比国外先进水平尚处于跟跑阶段,技术集成储备相对充分,但大量基于人因工效的技术指标测试验证工作亟待开展;最后从加强远程塔台人因工效研究、加快规章标准体系建设等方面对未来工作及试点方向给出了建议。

    Abstract:

    In recent years, the rapid development of remote tower in the world provides a new development idea for the airports with poor natural environment, poor visibility conditions and deficient human resources. the research and application of remote tower operation abroad are summarized by a literature review. The results show that the research of remote tower operation belongs to the field of human-machine-system, and the operation and technical system should be implemented based on ergonomics. Compared with advanced level abroad, the research and application of remote tower operation is still in the following stage in China, the integration of technical system is relatively mature, but a large number of technical index tests and verifications based on air traffic control ergonomics need to be carried out urgently. Finally, suggestions are given from the aspects of strengthening the research on human performance of remote tower operation, speeding up the construction of rules and standards, and standardizing remote tower supervision.
