Abstract:In order to avoid the waste of resources caused by improper small wind turbine installation scheme, a pre-installation evaluation method from evaluation to optimization was proposed. Firstly, total energy input of the wind turbine’s life cycle was obtained by using static and dynamic life cycle assessment methods. Secondly, annual power generation was obtained by using experimental data and probability theory. Then energy pay back time was obtained by defining formula, and the green benefits of the wind turbine was evaluate by comparing the pay back time with service life data. At the end, according to the evaluation results, some influencing factors was implemented improvement analysis.The results show that the green benefit evaluation results of the dynamic life cycle assessment method are more accurate, and the energy pay back time has decreased. And these improvement strategies can effectively improve the green benefits of the wind turbine, and then improve the evaluation results.The evaluation model and some calculation methods of this method can be promoted in the evaluation of other new energy power generation products.
