    摘要:

    为研究车辆行驶过程中,液体晃动对燃油箱冲击的影响,本文利用FLUENT有限元仿真软件对制动工况下货车燃油箱进行数值模拟,得到各时间段燃油分布情况以及压强分布情况,并将流体仿真结果作为载荷输入得到流固耦合作用下燃油箱受力情况。结果表明,液体晃动对燃油箱受力影响较大,在0.5s时燃油箱受力最大为90.256MPa,小于屈服强度,燃油箱结构合理。该结果可为燃油箱的结构优化设计提供数据支撑。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the impact of liquid sloshing on the fuel tank during vehicle driving, The fluent finite element simulation software was used to simulate the truck fuel tank under braking condition in this paper, The fuel distribution and pressure distribution in each time period were obtained, and The results of fluid simulation were used as load input to get the stress of fuel tank under fluid structure coupling. The results show that liquid sloshing has a great influence on the stress of the fuel tank. The maximum stress of the fuel tank is 90.256 MPa in 0.5s, which is less than the yield strength. The structure of the fuel tank is reasonable. The results can provide data support for the structural optimization design of fuel tank.
