    针对重载铁路固定辙叉磨耗问题,应用动力学理论与有限元方法,分别建立C80货车-固定辙叉系统耦合动力学模型与轮叉弹塑性接触模型,分析重载货车-固定辙叉动态与接触性能。应用SIMPACK软件建立动力学模型以模拟C80货车通过75kg/m钢轨12号道岔,计算结果表明:固定辙叉最大磨耗功率随着速度的提升迅速增大,车轮从翼轨向心轨过渡将对心轨产生冲击,而且速度越高冲击力越大。应用HYPERMESH软件,建立三维弹塑性有限元接触模型,计算分析在标准75kg/m钢轨12号道岔固定辙叉不同位置处与标准货车LM型面车轮的接触状态。在模型中分别施加动载垂向力与静载轴重,进行计算,与静载轴重相比,动载垂向力作用下的最大等效应力剧增。综上所述,建议C80货车通过固定辙叉时严格控制在50km/h范围内。

    Abstract:

    For the wear problem of fixed frog in heavy haul railway, the dynamic theory and finite element method are utilized to establish the C80 wagon-turnout system dynamic models and the elastic-plastic contact models of wheel and fixed frog. And the dynamic and static contact performance of wagon and fixed frog are analyzed.The dynamic models simulating the process of C80 with different velocities through the fixed frog are developed using the Wheel/Rail module of SIMPACK software. The calculation results show that the maximum friction power would raise as the speed increases. The wheel impact on the nose rail when transferring from the wing rail to the nose rail. And the higher the speed, the greater the impact force. Besides, the three-dimensional elastic-plastic finite element models of wagon with LM wheel profile and the standard No.12 fixed frog profiles with 75kg/m rail at different locations are established to research on the wheel-fixed frog contact status. In the model, the vertical force under dynamic load and the axial load under static load are respectively applied for calculation. Compared with the axial load under static load, the maximum equivalent stress under the vertical force under dynamic load increases dramatically. To sum up, it is suggested that C80 wagon should be strictly controlled within 50km/h when crossing the fixed frog.
