中文摘要:
      针对纵轴式掘进机截割臂惯性大、结构稳定性差、姿态调节有限等问题,运用机器人拓扑结构分析设计出4RPU+R一平移三转动轻量化截割臂。针对截割臂遮护板遮护面积不足、缺乏保护等问题,运用TRIZ发明创造原理设计伸缩式遮护板。利用离散元数值模拟方法分析该机构对煤岩断面成形质量的影响,结果表明:矩形断面掘进成形率可达77.96 %,该一平移三转动轻量化截割臂用于矩形煤岩断面成形的效果较好,验证了机构设计的合理性,为掘进机截割部件轻量化设计提供参考,并对掘进设备的优化和支护环境的改善提出展望。
英文摘要:
      Aiming at the problems of large inertia, poor structural stability and limited attitude adjustment of longitudinal axis roadheader cutting arm, a lightweight cutting arm with 4rpu + r one translation and three rotation is designed by using the robot topological structure analysis. In view of the problems such as insufficient covering area and lack of protection for the shield plate of cutting arm, the telescopic shield is designed by using TRIZ invention and creation principle. The influence of the mechanism on the forming quality of coal and rock section is analyzed by using the discrete element numerical simulation method. The results show that the forming rate of rectangular section tunneling can reach 77.96 %. The results show that the mechanism design is reasonable, which provides a reference for the lightweight design of cutting components of roadheader, and puts forward the prospect for the optimization of tunneling equipment and the improvement of supporting environment.
