    为研究聚碳酸酯/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(简称PC/ABS)的动态力学性能,利用静力材料试验机和高速液压伺服材料试验机,于常温环境中开展了PC与ABS混合比为5:5的PC/ABS材料在准静态和中低应变率下的拉伸试验,得到了材料在应变率为0.002 /s,0.017 /s,0.12 /s,1.2 /s,12.8 /s和130 /s时的真实应力-应变曲线,结果显示该材料具有应变软、硬化效应,并表现出明显的应变率敏感特性。基于试验数据拟合Johnson-Cook本构模型参数,建立了PC/ABS材料的动态本构方程,拟合结果与试验结果较为符合,能较好地表征PC/ABS在塑性段的动态拉伸力学行为。

    Abstract:

    To study the dynamic mechanical properties of Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene (PC/ABS for short) , tensile experiments of PC/ABS material with 5:5 mixing ratio of PC to ABS under quasi-static state and medium and low strain rates in normal temperature environment were developed by using the static material testing machine and the high velocity hydraulic servo-testing machine. The true stress-strain curves of the material at the strain rate of 0.002 /s, 0.017 /s, 0.12 /s, 1.2 /s, 12.8 /s and 130 /s were obtained. The results show that the material has strain softening and hardening effects, and exhibits obvious strain rate sensitivity properties. The dynamic constitutive equation of PC/ABS material was established by fitting the parameters of J-C model based on experimental data. The fitting results are in good agreement with the experimental results, and can characterize the dynamic tensile mechanical behavior of PC/ABS in plastic segment well.
