    摘要:

    为了对低碳制造铣削工艺的加工参数进行优化,降低碳排放量的同时有效保障产品质量,本文选取主轴转速、进给速度、铣削深度和铣削宽度作为优化变量,碳排放量、材料去除率和表面粗糙度作为响应性能指标,通过设计中心复合实验,利用Design-Expert软件建立相对应的响应分析模型,并对所建模型进行可靠性验证,研究了工艺参数间的交互作用。结果表明:在主轴转速为999.98 r/min,进给速度为490.51 mm/min,铣削深度为0.30 mm,铣削宽度为49.99 mm时,响应最优,可见对低碳制造铣削工艺的优化具有一定的参考价值。

    Abstract:

    In order to optimize the processing parameters of the low carbon manufacturing milling process, reduce the carbon emissions and effectively guarantee the product quality simultaneously, this paper selected the spindle speed, feed rate, milling depth and milling width as optimization variables, the carbon emission, material removal rate and surface roughness as response performance indicators. Through designing the central composite experiment, Using the corresponding response analysis model established by Design-Expert software, and the reliability of the model was verified. The interaction between process parameters was studied. The results show that when the spindle speed is 999.98 r/min, the feed speed is 490.51 mm/min, the milling depth is 0.30 mm, and the milling width is 49.99 mm, the response is the most optimal. It is concluded that it has certain reference value for the optimization of low carbon manufacturing milling process.
