    摘要:

    城市立交桥桩基托换不可避免的会对桥台基础的沉降变形产生较大影响。本文依托郑州市黄河路立交桥F匝道桥台桩基托换工程,利用ABAQUS有限元软件,建立主动托换结构的三维实体有限元模型,通过数值模拟得出主动托换过程对立交桥桥台新旧基础沉降的影响规律,并与现场监测数据对比,模拟结果与现场监测数据基本一致。分析结果表明:沉降影响最大位置在托换梁中部偏西南方向,应加强此区域位置的监控;整个过程位移控制良好,待稳定后可进行后续施工。本文研究结果可为类似桩基托换工程的设计和施工提供借鉴和参考。

    Abstract:

    The pile foundation underpinning of the urban overpass will inevitably have a greater impact on the settlement deformation of the abutment foundation. This paper relies on the bridge pile foundation underpinning of F-channel of Huanghe Road overpass in Zhengzhou City, and uses ABAQUS finite element software to establish a three-dimensional solid finite element model of active underpinning structure. Through the numerical simulation, the influence law of the active underpinning process on the new and old foundation settlement of the overpass abutment is obtained, and compared with the on-site monitoring data, the simulation results are basically consistent with the on-site monitoring data. The analysis results show that the maximum position of settlement is in the southwest direction of the middle of the supporting beam, and the monitoring of the location of this area should be strengthened. The displacement control of the whole process is good, and subsequent construction can be carried out after stabilization. The research results in this paper can provide reference and reference for the design and construction of similar pile foundation underpinning projects.
